Innovate is a 6 session course designed to inspire, encourage, challenge and resource you in all aspects of children’s and youth ministry. Innovate is for those who are experienced in children’s and youth ministry and also for those just starting out in service. Course contents include:
Aims and values, theology and Biblical grounding for children’s and youth work
Child and adolescent development, culture and risk
Starting from scratch, policies and procedures, health and safety
Accompanying, inclusion, support and managing behaviour
Leadership, team building, learning styles and personal and spiritual development
Empowering children and young people, and participation

Godly Play Training

NATRE’s 10th Annual ‘Art in Heaven’ Competition 2013.

Annual Attitudes Survey 
The Girl Guiding Association has published the findings from its annual attitudes survey. The findings can be seen by age or by theme.

Small Grant Funding
The Mission Opportunity Fund Assessment Committee provides small grants to enable mission initiatives, which require a modest amount of funding, to get started. A total of £3,000 is available in each Episcopal Area, each year. Awards are granted for one off payments only. Normally, the maximum award would be £750. It is permissible to use a small grant to enable a pilot scheme for an initiative that might lead to a larger grant from the MOF. Download form here.
